40m Sled Sprint

10 Air Squats

Then:

Synchronized Single Arm Kettlebell Complex

2 Sets (AHAP in each arm)

7 Hang Cleans

7 Push Press

7 Waiter Squats (OH Squats)

*Sled Sprint should be completed as a team, both people pushing, however if you can’t, then split between both partners*

Score is total rounds in the AMRAP
