WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is an intense, engaging fitness program that focuses on what’s called “functional fitness.”
By using movements that you’ll see in everyday life, CrossFit can be adapted for all fitness levels to create better overall health and strength.
Each movement is used to improve one (or more) of the ten physical fitness principles and can be completely modified to fit literally any fitness level.
Our coaches work with each member of the class to make sure you not only get a great workout, but you get one scaled to your needs.

Our trainers work to put together a variety of workouts so that (1) you’re never bored and (2) you always get a high-intensity and effective workout.
