In 20 Minutes build to a heavy Power Clean x 1.1.1

WOD

“The Chief”

5 Sets

3 Minute AMRAP

3 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

6 Push-Ups

9 Air Squats

Then Rest 1 minute

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes, then rest 1 minute. Start each 3-minute set where you left off on the previous set. Repeat for a total of 5 sets.
