Barry started CrossFit in February of 2012 after his wife tried a class and could not stop talking about it. He was fairly active having completed 4 half marathons and working out 3-5 times a week. After completing his first class, he signed up knowing this was the type of workout that he had been looking for. He now feels better and is stronger than he has ever been.
Barry’s wife and son also enjoy CrossFit which is one reason why he decided to become a CrossFit Kids Trainer. He enjoys the opportunity of teaching kids basic fundamentals that they can build upon and carryout as they grow.
