Dianne started CrossFit in March of 2012. She was never that active with sports or even working out much, up until trying a gym in the beginning of 2011, mostly for yoga and some cardio. Tired of not seeing results after over a year “working out” 5 days a week decided to try CrossFit and has been hooked ever since! Since starting CrossFit, Dianne has completed a couple sprint triathlons and 5ks, she even placed in her very 1st triathlon. With a new found drive and determination she has taken on CrossFit and all it has to offer.
Dianne’s favorite thing about CrossFit is seeing all types of people accomplishing something they never thought possible, whether it be the 3 yr. doing a forward roll for the first time or the person in their 60’s hitting a PR on a deadlift. The look on their face is priceless and that’s why Dianne wanted to become a coach.
