Sharon became passionate about fitness and nutrition after beginning her fitness journey and drastically changing her eating habits. She found a love of running and started competed in 5k’s and eventually half marathons. She worked out with several personal trainers and tried many different fitness approaches.

After giving CrossFit a try in December of 2013, she realized that it was like no other and was immediately hooked! What she loves most about CrossFit is always being challenged, the sense of accomplishment when reaching goals, and most importantly the strong community & family friendly environment at the Cave. She has witnessed firsthand the benefits of CrossFit and quickly realized that she wanted to motivate and encourage others to reach their goals. She loves nothing more than to see others perform at a level that they were not physically able to do before. She believes that anyone can achieve anything they desire with enough determination and hard work!
