What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Our Sugar Land CrossFit Gym uses exercises that relate to things you do in everyday life, such as push, pull, jump, run, squat, and press. CrossFit challenges clients in a way that no other workout program can.  CrossFit pushes clients to the next level of physical fitness using ten basic principles that you can download for FREE here.

By developing a high level of competency in all of the ten principle areas of CrossFit our clients are able to better themselves for the sport of their choice and, more importantly, everyday life.
